Important Notice for 2024-2025 Benefits Enrollment

All employees must complete their online benefits enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year by August 16, 2024, or within 31 days from the date of hire for new employees. This requirement is mandatory for all employees.

Please note:

• No changes to benefits can be made after August 16, 2024 (or 31 days from the date of hire for new employees), unless a qualifying event* occurs.

• If you have questions about qualifying events, please contact us at benefits@huttoisd.net.

*Examples of IRS Qualifying Events include:

• Marriage or Divorce

• Birth or Death

• Court Order

• Loss of Coverage (e.g., aging out, loss of job)
