Academy Uniform - Labelled

Don't forget to label all of your child's Academy uniform items. So if your child does lose anything, we can then help locate the item easily for you.

PTA - Mother's Day Gifts Shop

Don't forget our PTA Mother's Day Gift Shop that will be taking place on Friday 17 March 2023. This will be set up during the school day and the children will be able to come and pick a gift for their Mum, Nan or Grandma, or another special lady in their life.

All gifts are priced at £3.50 each and you can select your payment option via ParentPay. Please ensure your payment is made by Sunday 12th March 2023.

We look forward to seeing the children getting excited to choose their special gift for a very special person.

MCAS

Don't forget to log into your child's MCAS account to have full access to our recent communication sent, key dates for the academic year, important documents, school reports and much more.

Please note that as from the beginning of Term 2, all communication will be posted online on your MCAS account and emails will no longer be sent to you unless necessary. This will allow you to have full access of all communication in one place, will prevent emails from getting lost and is much easier to use. We have already had positive feedback from some parents/carers on how well this system is and how easy it is to access all information in one place.

If you require your login details to be reset for you, please email the Primary Office at primaryoffice@hundredofhooacademy.org.uk.

Please ensure you allow MCAS notifications on your device(s), so you are informed when an 'Announcement' has been added for your information.

Note: What will be displayed in these MCAS options is dependent on the school. Therefore not all of these options may be visible to you.

MCAS - After School Clubs

Don't forget to keep an eye out on your child's MCAS account if you have applied for a waiting list for an after school club. Once a space in a club becomes available for your child on the waiting list, they will be allocated a space. You can keep up to date under the Clubs tab on your MCAS account.

School Lunches

Don't forget to book your child's meals online via ParentPay. The cut off time is 08:00 on the day. We do advise you book your child's meals at least a week in advance.

Contact Information

Please ensure you keep the Academy up to date with your contact details. If you need to amend your details, please ensure you email the Primary Office via email (primaryoffice@hundredofhooacademy.org.uk) so we can update them on our system for you.
