Leo - Leo has been a fantastic risk taker in his phonics learning this week. He has been able to give writing a go when he has found it challenging and demonstrated how reflective he can be. Well done Leo, we are very proud of you! 

Aubree - Aubree has had a fantastic week. She has been demonstrating how well she can communicate her needs and wants with us. Aubree has also been a huge risk-taker when trying new things with courage and showing us how principled she can be. Aubree, we are so proud of you. Well done! 

David - David has adapted into Reception really well. He is extremely reflective and principled. David has become such a caring individual towards his peers, adults and his learning space. Keep working hard David, well done!

Millie - Millie consistently demonstrates what a principled and caring child she can be. She strives for everyone to be happy and she is always trying to care for others. Millie you are a fantastic role model to your peers. Well done!

Reggie - For being a principled learner in Frog Class and always being ready to learn. Well done Reggie! 

Erin - Erin has had a great week this week, especially when completing writing outcomes. She has been pushing herself to use adventurous vocabulary when orally rehearsing her sentences and when writing them, has been using capital letters, full stops and the word 'and' confidently and correctly. Well done Erin!

Zachary - Zachary has shown to be a great role model to his peers in Frog Class. He has been a principled learner and an amazing communicator during learning time. Well done Zachary!

Thea - This week, Thea has developed her social and communication skills by showing that she is able to work with her peers during learning time, as well as help others if they need extra support. She has pushed herself by giving good explanations during maths lessons, showing she has a good understanding of the concept being taught. Well done!

Charlie - This module, Charlie has shown many learner profile attributes. He has been caring towards his peers, a great communicator during group discussions, a principled member of Frog class and his confidence has developed greatly. He is a great asset to our class. Well done Charlie!

Frankie - Frankie has put a tremendous amount of effort into his writing this week. He has been a determined risk-taker and has shown that determination and self-belief can get you very far. What a great progress you have made this term in developing independence and confidence in your writing ability. Keep it up!

Esme - For being a principled learner. Esme is an excellent role model to others, showing how to make good choices, care for others, and always try her best to do the right thing. Well done Esme!

Amelia - Amelia continues to show excellent progress in her writing and completing writing outcomes. She pushes herself to use a wide range of vocabulary and correctly uses capital letters, full stops and the word 'and' in sentences. Well done Amelia, keep it up!

Edward - For his courage as a risk-taker and his thoughtfulness as a reflective learner in his writing. Eddie has shown great determination in improving his presentation, handwriting and his use of finger spaces. He has worked incredibly hard and should be very proud of the amazing progress he has made. Well done, Eddie!

Harrison - Harrison for showing wonderful determination throughout this module. He has listened carefully to the feedback given by adults and used it carefully to improve his work. Gracie - Gracie has shown herself to be a principled learner. She manages herself responsibly, stays focused on her work, and enjoys applying new concepts. Gracie embraces challenges, takes risks in her learning, and can always be relied on to make the right choices.

Archie - Archie has shown that he is a hardworking and principled learner. He always tries his best, makes good choices, and shows that he is becoming a communicator by joining in more during carpet inputs. His determination and positive attitude helps him to keep growing as a learner.

Hadley - Hadley has been a risk-taker this week, trying to use new vocabulary to make her non-chronological report about Florence Nightingale more interesting. She has become very knowledgeable on the subject and enjoys sharing her ideas.

Alby - Alby is becoming a true risk-taker and reflective learner. He now approaches challenges with determination, focuses deeply on his work, and pushes himself to achieve his very best.

Miley - Miley is a reflective and thoughtful communicator who consistently engages with her learning in a meaningful way. Over the course of the term, she has grown in confidence, contributing more actively to class discussions and collaborating effectively with her peers. Well done Miley!

Oliver - Oliver is consistently principled, continually improving his communication skills, and always determined to be his best self. Well done Oliver.

Etta - Etta is a ray of sunshine. She approaches every lesson with enthusiasm and curiosity, showing great commitment to her learning. Principled and thoughtful, she consistently makes positive choices and is a wonderful role model to her peers. Well done Etta.

Xzavier - Xzavier has shown increased resilience in his learning. He has demonstrated a willingness to take risks and has completed his Maths work independently.

Maxwell - This week, Maxwell has really impressed us with the way he has challenged yourself in Maths, showing fantastic reasoning skills. We have also loved reading your creative ideas and exciting writing about Stone Age Boy. Keep up the wonderful effort and enthusiasm – we are so proud of you!

Sienna - Sienna is such a wonderful role model – always kind, helpful, and giving her very best. We loved seeing your confident knowledge about the Stone Age periods and how brilliantly you worked with your team to create your posters. You shine brightly every day – keep it up!

Asa - Star Learner! Asa is our Star of the Week for showing brilliant enthusiasm in Maths. He has shone using number bonds to 10, tackling addition and subtraction with tens and hundreds, improving his presentation, and being a fantastic role model. Well done Asa!

Dariella - Superstar of the Week! Dariella has been a wonderful role model, showing courage, kindness, and a risk-taker attitude to learning. Her English writing has improved beautifully, and she has shared her skills confidently across all her inquiry subjects. Super well done Dariella!

Amelia - Superstar! You’re our amazing Star of the Week! Since the start of Year 3, Amelia been a fantastic role model, always helping others and showing brilliant maths knowledge—tackling tricky addition and subtraction with confidence and clear reasoning. Amelia - Amelia has been a fantastic inquirer during our Science and History lessons. She has worked independently and followed the 5 B's to show ambition and star learner qualities. Well done Amelia - you're a superstar!

Freddie - Freddie is a ray of sunlight everyday! He has a 'ready to learn' attitude and perseveres so hard with everything he does. He follows all of the golden rules and is a remarkable young man. You make my day every time I see you - well done Freddie!

TJ - TJ works hard to complete deeper understanding work. He is becoming a risk-taker in maths and to read his work back to make sure it makes sense. Well done TJ!

Jack - Jack is working hard to be a principled learner and has demonstrated that he can work independently. His reading is spectacular and he is making tremendous progress. Well done Jack - you're a superstar!

Ralphie- Ralphie is such an enthusiastic learner in all lessons! He has a natural curiosity and is always engaged in his learning. I love the way he takes on all tasks with a desire to excel and be the best version of himself. You take on all the comments I give you and that makes you a remarkable learner and risk taker. I am truly in awe of you and I can't wait to teach you more in module 2. In the spirit of learning about the Stone Age - you rock!

Summer - Summer has worked incredibly hard this week demonstrating both perseverance and dedication in all areas of her learning. She has been an active learner in all lessons and is confident to communicate her ideas with the class. Summer is kind and caring and is always looking for ways to help both staff and her peers. Ellie-Rose - Ellie-Rose has worked incredibly hard this week, especially in Maths during our rounding lessons! She has been extremely reflective and has shown true dedication to her learning. Ellie-Rose is a principled member of our class who continuously shows fantastic integrity. Well done Ellie-Rose, keep up the amazing work!

Freddie - Freddie has settled in to Leigh Academy Hundred of Hoo amazingly well this week! He has been a fantastic communicator by confidently sharing his ideas during our class discussions as well being a principled member of our class. Well done Freddie, keep up the amazing work! 

Albie - Albie has had a fantastic week and has been an amazing communicator during our class discussions. He has been able to apply his knowledge from previous learning really well and has demonstrated a positive attitude towards his learning. Well done for a brilliant week Albie!

Parker - Parker has worked extremely hard this module and has demonstrated a fantastic attitude to learning in all subject areas. He has confidently communicate ideas and is a proactive member of Fox class. It has been lovely to see Parker be such a great thinker and share some fantastic knowledge. Well done Parker!

Lillie - Lillie has settled in well to The Leigh Academy Hundred of Hoo. She works exceptionally hard and displaces all of our learning attributes fantastically. Lille is a kind and warm person, who ensures that she continually shows kindness and respect to all. Keep shining Lille!

Boris - Boris has worked very hard this week, he has shown that he has been principled and caring with the things that he does. Boris persevered this week to write a brilliant diary entry based from the point of view of the Corinthian Girl. He displayed a fantastic use of emotive language and fronted adverbials. Keep shining Boris!

Amelia - Amelia has worked incredibly hard this week across all of her learning. She has eloquently discussed her ideas and thoughts with the class, while maintaining a growth mindset. Amelia shows the learning attributes throughout everything that she does! Keep shining Amelia!

Parker - Parker has worked incredibly hard this week with his understanding of ancient greek myths. Parker always shows that he is a principled learner through fantastic inference skills and uses evidence from the text. Keep on shining Parker!

Sergio - Sergio has worked exceptionally hard with his writing this week. He has used a variety of writing techniques such as figurative language, expanded noun phrases and fronted adverbials to create a vivid image with a readers mind. Sergio continuously shows that he is both principled and and a risk taker within his writing! Keep shining Sergio!

James - James has been a fantastic learner this week, especially in his writing. He has been reflective and worked hard to develop and improve his vocabulary. He has also shown strong communication skills when sharing his work with the class. Well done, James!

Marshall - For being a principled and caring member of our class. Marshall has supported a number of his peers, ensuring they understand what they need to do and guiding them through the lesson. Great job, Marshall!

Amanat - Amanat has demonstrated principled learning this week. She has displayed several Learner Profile attributes, both in the classroom and around the school, and has been an excellent role model for her peers. Well done, Amanat!

David - David has worked exceptionally hard this week, demonstrating being knowledgeable and independent in his learning. He has produced some excellent work, including an impressive fact file on Maya civilisation and food. David has also shown great reflection skills regarding his behaviour and has made notable progress in developing his listening skills.

Charlie - Charlie has worked extremely hard throughout this module, demonstrating significant growth in both his independence and understanding. He consistently puts forth his best effort, takes initiative, and is willing to take risks in order to improve and achieve his goals.

Maisie - Maisie has worked hard this week in Science to produce a detailed report about microorganisms and why they matter. She has demonstrated a principled approach to her learning and developed her knowledge further. Well done Maisie - keep up the hard work.

Evie - Evie has been principled and knowledgeable in her approach to work this week, creating imaginative writing and working diligently through her maths. Well done Evie, keep up the hard work and effort - we are all proud of you.

Nathan - Nathan has worked hard all week in a principled manner, completing some challenging assessments. He has been caring and a great communicator too, as a Play Leader at lunchtime. You have a great attitude Nathan, keep it up!
