Coffee Afternoon
Thank you to all the parents/carers who joined us for our recent Coffee Afternoon — it was lovely to have you join us. We were delighted to welcome a guest speaker from Green Doctor, who shared valuable tips and advice on saving energy, reducing household bills and accessing support for keeping homes warm and healthy.
We hope you found the session informative and helpful. Your participation and engagement helped make the afternoon a great success and we look forward to seeing you at future events!
Next Coffee Afternoon is:
Tuesday 11th November 2:00-3:00pm with a focus on Friendships.
Paula Johnson Workshops
This module we held a mental health and wellbeing drop in led by Paula Johnson, our school's Mental Health Lead and Senior Counsellor. We have used the drop in feedback and responses from our parent Googleform to identify a number of workshops families are interested in attending to support their child's mental health and wellbeing. The next workshop will be held on Tuesday 2nd December at 1:30pm in the Learning Lounge. The theme will be Managing your child's and your own, General Wellbeing and Self-Care.
Alternative to Halloween
For those families who want an alternative to Halloween, you are welcome to join the Hoo St Werburgh Parish Church for their All Hallow Eve Light It Up event on Friday 31st October 4:30pm-6pm.
