Community Project
The children who have taken part in the community project have now completed their 'action'. On their walk to Pottery Road Park the children observed and collected data using a tally chart for:
Rubbish
Broken glass
Signs of anti-social behaviour.
Did you know spaces with rubbish, graffiti and vapes - gives clues to others that it is ok to do it here? This may increase anti-social behaviour. Our pupils have taken action to model how to look after our local area and decrease anti-social behaviour.
Pupil Voice
I found it fun to help the world with rubbish because the rubbish is all around the world and is damaging our environment. People are trying to help the world and I like being part of that. Margaret
I found it fun going on our community walk , I enjoyed finding graffiti and most of the things we had on our tally chart . We found lots of anti social behaviour like graffiti. Raphael
Keep your eyes peeled for our posters, persuading everybody to look after our school community.
