Head Theatre Director, Riverwood Middle School
Alexandria Lange received her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts with an acting emphasis at Pepperdine University in 2017. Since graduating college Mrs. Lange has worked within the Houston theatre scene including Company Onstage, Main Street Theatre, and Pronoia Theatre Company. Mrs. Lange began her teaching career in 2020 at Teague Middle School in Aldine ISD. In 2022 Mrs. Lange was hired as the Head Theatre Director at Riverwood Middle School.
While in college Mrs. Lange was able to be a part of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and the Hollywood Fringe Festival. She originated the role of Karen Henshaw in Lynda Radley's, "The Interference," which earned a Fringe First in 2016 & many more accolades in the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Her past roles include Lina in Cry it Out (Main Stage Theatre), Sybil in Cover of Life (Wildwood Theatre), Sarah in Nicola McCartney's Heritage, Eurydice in Sarah Ruhl's Eurydice.
Since teaching Mrs. Lange has enjoyed the process of encouraging her students to try new things on and off stage.
