Monologues
Students will choose monologues
Students will be able to identify their characters objectives, tactics, motivation, and stakes.
Students will be taught memorization techniques & memorize at least half of their monologue by Friday.
Week 3, January 19-23, 2026
Monologues
Students continue to rehearse their monologues and apply varying emotions to their lines
Students will be performing their monologues.

Week 5
Commedia dell'arte Continued
Students will learn Commedia stock character posture/movements
Students will learn the play, "A Servant of Two Masters," and breakdown the scenes they would like to play
Week 6
Commedia Character Mask Assignment
Students will be assigned a character and create their famous mask from modeling clay & rehearse scenes with masks
