Elks Most Valuable Student Competition
Requirements: The Elks National Foundation will award 500 four-year scholarships to the highest-rated applicants in the 2020 competition.
A) Any high school senior who is a citizen of the United States is eligible to apply.
B) Applicants need not be related to a member of the Elks.
C) College students are not eligible to apply.
D) Applicants must be citizens of the United States on the date their applications are signed; permanent legal resident status does not qualify.
E) Male and female students compete separately.
The 2020 Most Valuable Student scholarship contest is open to any high school senior who is a US Citizen. Applicants will be judged on scholarship,
leadership, and financial need.
The 20 top finalists will participate in an all expenses paid Leadership Weekend in Chicago during which they’ll interview with the national judges. These 20 finalists will be vying for two first-place awards of $50,000; two second-place awards of $40,000; and two third-place awards of $30,000. The remaining 14 finalists will receive awards of $20,000. The 480 runners-up will receive fifth-place scholarships of $4,000.

James Alan Cox Student Photography Scholarship
Requirements: High school students applying for these scholarships must have completed one year at an accredited high school (student must therefore be a sophomore or older) and should have taken at least one photography or related art class. High school, college and graduate students should have at least one semester remaining at time of award.

Minority/Women in STEM Scholarship
Requirements: Any BIPOC and/or female high school senior or undergraduate who is a first-generation, low-income student interested in STEM may apply for this scholarship.

Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Scholarship
Requirements:
At a minimum, applicants must:
Plan to graduate from a U.S. high school in spring 2023
Intend to enroll in an accredited four-year college or university beginning in fall 2023
Earn a cumulative unweighted GPA of 3.5 or above
SAT combined critical reading and math score of 1200 or above and/or ACT composite score of 26 or above
Demonstrate significant unmet financial need. We will consider applicants with family income up to $95,000. However, we anticipate that a majority of scholarship recipients will be eligible to receive a Pell grant

Schoolhouse Connection Scholarship
Requirements:
Provides scholarships and support to youth who have experienced homelessness to ensure their completion of a post-secondary education program;
Builds a stable peer and adult support network for recipients, before, during, and after their college careers, and into their transition into the workforce;
Offers young people meaningful opportunities to engage in advocacy, while providing sustained support services to help ensure graduation and success in life.

Requirements:
You are a high school senior who will be starting your college or university education in Spring 2024.
You are a U.S. citizen.
You have a current overall GPA of at least 3.0.

Andrew Flusche Scholarship
Requirements:
A) High school seniors who have been accepted into a college, university, or trade school.
B) Students who are currently enrolled in a college, university, or trade school.
C) People are accepted into a graduate school.
D) You must be a citizen or lawful resident of the United States in order to apply.

Dr. Juan Andrade Jr. Scholarship for Young Hispanic Leaders
Requirements: Applicants must be enrolled or accepted for enrollment as full-time undergraduate students, in an accredited four-year or two-year institution in the U.S. or U.S. territories, and demonstrate a verifiable need for financial support. At least one parent must be of Hispanic ancestry. Non-U.S. citizens are eligible to apply (DACA or Undocumented). Applicants must be full-time undergraduate students for the Fall 2023 – Spring 2024 academic year. This includes high school seniors, college freshmen, sophomores, and juniors up to age 25.

Bulchand and Laxmi Motwani Memorial Scholarship
Requirements: The scholarship is open to high school, undergraduate, and graduate students pursuing a career in pharmacy or science. While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, individuals from immigrant backgrounds and those who have overcome significant challenges are particularly welcomed. Applicants are invited to share their personal stories of triumph over adversity.

Requirements:

A) Be a legal resident of the United States.
B) Be currently attending high school, college, vocational, or any other accredited institution.
