Water Aerobics

When: 

Monday Evenings 7:00pm - 9:00pm

Wednesday Evenings 5:00pm - 7:00pm

Our instructor will take you through a series of techniques built to target specific areas while moving to the sound of the music pumping through the speakers.

Water Aerobics is a low-impact workout  suitable for all ages that will help to increase your endurance while building strength. 

The program can be as challenging as you like and is also a lot of fun!

Students of all ages are welcome! However, we ask that you take the workouts seriously and do not get in the way of others. Those who horseplay or do not participate in the workouts will be asked to leave.

No swimming or diving board use is allowed at this time unless directed by the instructor.
