This how efficient our design is compared to the original 10 meters our cart can move compared to the on the market product. Our cart weighs about 344 pounds loaded up with 16 hurdles witch is more than the original, witch might seem a little much but most of that weight is the hurdles itself on the cart. Our cart is 1.8 times more efficient than the original witch can get even higher if we up or capacity to 20. Then our cart is 2 times more efficient witch is very good. We can even increase our capacity even more if you really wanted too witch is about 24 hurdles.
This testing data is showing how many hurdles per second we can transport up and down our school ramp. The two highlighted sections are the winners and also happens to be our design. We can move 0.32 hurdles going dow nthe ramp and comapred to the origonal solution they scored a .28. Ours can move 0.4 more hurdles going down the ramp. Compared going up the ramp ours also moves more. We can transport 0.3 hurdles per second while the origonal can move 0.24 hurdles per second. Ours can move 0.6 more hurdles per second faster than the origonal.
This is a test we did to make sure that our cart wont bend or buckle too much when the full weight of the hurdles is added on. We conducted this test in inventor and added 180 lb witch is 20 hurdles. By the blue color our cart wont deform under weight.
