SSP = Student Support Process.
SSP is a multi-tiered system of supports that includes PLCs, action teams/kid talks, interventions, progress monitoring, student support team meetings. Parents/guardians should be kept informed throughout the process.
SST = Student Support Team.
SST is one part (step 3) of the SSP. SST is the time to bring a team together and review interventions, data, concerns, and supports. This team will brainstorm further steps.
