PLC Key Questions

1. What does every student need to learn?  (Standards)

• How will we design instruction so every student is able to demonstrate proficiency of the core?

2. How will we know if they've learned it? (Common assessment data)

• Are our assessments (formative & summative) accessible for every student?

• Does every student have a way to demonstrate their learning? Do they have multiple opportunities?

3. What will we do when they learn it?  (Extend learning)

• Who benefited from the instruction? Is there a pattern?

4. What will we do when they don't learn it?  (Reteach)

• Who didn’t benefit from the instruction? Is there a pattern? Did you speak with them (empathy interviews)?
