In these Keynotes and workshop, school leaders will learn the fundamental components of CRSL and use an inquiry lens to reflect on their own leadership strengths and areas of growth. Through authentic self-reflection, open dialogue, and facilitated practice, this session provides school leaders an opportunity to come together to begin, deepen, or re-engage with the practice of Culturally Responsive School Leadership.

Publishing Writing to Engage and Empower Students
This is an overview of my journey through the years on publishing student writing, real-world examples of final projects, lessons learned, successes, my personal process, and tools and tips to differentiate and scaffold. Not for the faint of heart! This is hard work and challenging, but the observed outcomes on students are worth every drop of blood, sweat, and tears. These writing projects engage and empower students in an inclusive, equitable, and culturally relevant way.
