We will introduce tiered assessments and how they help teachers and students identify gaps in understanding. We will specify how teachers can use them to modulate the difficulty of their courses. We will provide examples from math(algebra, geometry, precalculus), science (middle and high school), ELA (high school), and History/Social Studies (high school). We will provide a template for teachers to create their own tiered assessments, along with example rubric for grading purposes.
