For Current HHS Students:  The 2024-25 Pre-Enrollment Window for returning students will be July 25th-August 3rd

For returning students, parents will go to www.hps.k12.ok.us  (where you go to look at grades)  login to Sylogist Guardian Portal like you did last year. Find the Student Records Portal icon. You will see a picture of your children, then click on Enroll for the upcoming school year and follow the instructions. Enroll EACH of your children that will attend school here during the upcoming school year.

For new to district students, please plan to provide the following documentation:

• Birth Certificate

• Current Immunization Record

• Proof of Residency (utility bill w/address)

• Guardianship documentation (if applicable)

• Transcript from previous school if available
