****College Board Login Info
Students’ College Board login information may be recorded in a Google Doc in their Google Drive. We have used this with seniors, juniors, and some sophomores.
The document is named “HP Passwords 202_” according to their graduation year and was shared “view only” so students had to “make a copy.”
As a result, most students’ documents are named “Copy of HP Passwords 202_” or “My HP Passwords 202_” if they followed directions. :)
If they find a document that is empty, it may be the original “view only” document we shared--ask them to keep looking for their copy.
If they cannot find the login credentials, ask them to click the Forgot Username link and check every email address that might be attached to their account--their hprmail and personal email addresses as well as their parents’.
Once every other option is exhausted, they should click Create Account. This will take some time. It is VERY important that students use their full legal name and correctly enter all requested information. Avoid autofill. Call guidance with any questions.
Please encourage students to use the HP Passwords Doc, but whatever they use, it’s essential that they record their login info for future use.
