Highlander Summer Swim Team Policies

• There are no make-up practices for swimmers that miss for any reason. Swimmers will not be able to attend a practice at a different time than they are registered for. This is how we can ensure that the set swimmer to coach ratio remains and that all groups have adequate lane space. This is also key for swimmer safety.

• Session fees are set regardless if a swimmer joins the group late.  We will not prorate the amount for days missed due to vacation, other camps, or sickness.

• We do not offer make-up practices for circumstances beyond our control; this includes weather related cancellations.

• There will be no refunds within 30 days (5/2) of the SEASON start date (6/1)

• Parents are welcome to attend practices but they must remain upstairs in the stands throughout the duration of the practices. The HPHS Natatorium is located inside of HPISD's Clements Leadership Center. 

• The Clements Leadership Center serves as the location for district administration and trainings during the summer. Parents must remain in the stands and are not allowed in lobby areas with the exception of utilizing the restroom facilities located outside of the stands.
