Mission Statement

Highlander Summer Swim Team is an AAU swimming and diving program with the following priorities and values:

• Our first value is meeting the needs of our athletes by fostering a safe environment for athletes to grow and develop

• Our second value is instilling a lifelong love of learning and participation in youth aquatic sports

• Our third value is promoting a community of likeminded learners that invest in and benefit from a robust aquatics community

• Our final value is providing opportunities to develop skills and expertise that extend beyond aquatics, preparing athletes for their future

We truly believe it takes a strong community of coaches, trainers, educators and administrators to develop great athlete(s) but more importantly extraordinary people.
