Level 3 - 7:30 - 8:45 am
The Level 3 group is designed for experienced swimmers who have a strong foundation in all four competitive strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly) and are ready to refine their technique, endurance, and speed.
This group focuses on advanced stroke mechanics, race strategies, starts, turns, and finishes. Practices will include higher intensity interval training, race simulations, and aerobic/anaerobic conditioning to prepare swimmers for competitive meets.
Swimmers must demonstrate the ability to complete 50-yard swims of all strokes with proper form, as well as swim at least 100 yards continuously.

Level 2 - 9:00 - 10:00 am
The Level 2 group is for swimmers who are comfortable in the water, know the basics of freestyle and backstroke, and are beginning to learn breaststroke and butterfly.
This group focuses on improving stroke technique, developing endurance, and introducing competitive swim skills such as proper starts, turns, and finishes. Practices include drills, moderate interval work, and basic conditioning to enhance swimming skills in a fun and supportive environment.
Swimmers should be able to swim at least 25 yards of freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke. Butterfly is encouraged but not required.

Level 1 - 10:15 - 11:00 am
The Level 1 group is for swimmers who are new to organized swimming and are still building confidence and comfort in the water. The focus is on water safety, basic swim skills, and learning foundational techniques for freestyle and backstroke. Swimmers are expected to swim 25 yards unbroken and without assistance, but may be assisted by the use of fins to complete the 25 yards.
Swimmers will also be introduced to fun water games and activities to foster a love for swimming. This group emphasizes water safety, instilling a love for the sport, and a positive learning environment.
Swimmers should be able to swim at least 25 yards of freestyle and backstroke with or without the assistance of fins.
Typical Ages: 5-10
Athletes are placed in groups by coach discretion and determined at March - May Tryouts
If Coaches feel confident that an athlete is ready to move from one group to another, then coaches will initiate that conversation with the parents of the athlete
