Aim of the lesson:

Ÿ To learn the usage of connectives.

We can use ‘and’, ‘or’ and ‘but’ to join two or more ideas in a sentence. To show the reason for a situation, action or event, the connectives ‘since’, ‘as’ and ‘because’ can be used. ‘So’ is used to show the result of a situation, action or event. These words are called connectives.
