I grew up on my Italian grandmother’s pasta meals, so I thought I knew a thing or two about noodles. A big mistake. In Hong Kong, I found out about the big, wide world of noodles: pad thai, Vietnamese pho, Japanese ramen, Cantonese wonton noodles. The list keeps growing the longer I stay in this foodies’ paradise.
