Aim of the lesson:
1. To revise the usage of ‘and’, ‘or’, and ‘but’.
(1) Read Aloud
We use ‘and’, ‘or’, and ‘but’ to join two or more ideas in a sentence. When two ideas share the same subject, we can omit the subject after ‘and’, ‘or’ and ‘but’. When two ideas share the same subject and the same verb, we can omit both of them after ‘and’, ‘or’ and ‘but’.
