Proactively developed a school-wide progress monitoring system to meet Zearn weekly goal. Made students and teachers aware of student's progress before the deadline. Conferenced with students and parents of students at risk of meeting goals. Established multiple opportunities for students to engage in Zearn outside the scheduled time. Student achievement on NWEA shows overall growth. As a first-year NES campus, we have implemented the model proficiently and have provided students with access to high-quality education. We are working to close the achievement gap through our daily grade-level PLCs, side-by-side planning with specific teachers, on-spot coaching, and continuously at-batting all teachers. Woodson was recognized as one of the Top 10 campuses in student growth in all subjects in the South Division. (click the link)
