The coaching questionnaire helped Tier II Leaders in identifying and articulating their needs and expectations from my coaching relationship while on campus.Â
It determined the best course to support them while holding them accountable. Providing clarity and alignment that enhanced the growth-oriented experience.
The coaching cycle is designed to grow Tier II leaders by systematically addressing high-leverage changes. The cycle involves:
Identifying the highest-leverage issue to create awareness.
Determining the necessary system to fix the problem, encouraging leaders to take responsibility.
Developing the system to address the issue, allowing leaders to plan actions.
Implementing the system to make the change.
Reviewing and modifying the system to build confidence and make adjustments as needed.
This ongoing cycle fosters awareness, builds confidence, and empowers leaders to take responsibility for their development. Regular Friday meetings supported the sustainability of these changes and capacity building among Tier II leaders.
