Opal Kasper

Opal is an eighth grader in journalism, a staffer of Arts and Entertainment. 

“I joined journalism because it would be a really good foundational class to build my interviewing and writing skills for the future,” she said.

Outside of school, she likes to help out the community. 

“I also do a lot of volunteering with animal shelters and food banks,” she said.

When she’s bored, she spends her time reading and acting. She stays active by bicycling around with her friends.
