Alexia Saabedra

Alexia is an eighth grader and a first‑year staffer. She writes articles for her section and helps gather photos for stories.

 “I joined journalism because I thought it would be a good learning experience to grow because I want to do things like this in high school,” she said.

 Outside of journalism, Alexia is on a dance team and enjoys singing.
