Story starter!

After all the months of preparation and building excitement the big day had finally arrived. In unison, the balloons all took off into the air, leaving the cheering crowd far below, gasping at the magnificent spectacle.

A difficult journey lay ahead, and surely not all of the balloons would make it, but they had to try – the prize of £1’000’000 for the first crew to make it around the world was a great incentive…

Click on the youtube link Are banana's really yellow? Do you remember a few weeks ago we watched him explain about the colour blue? Once you have watched him explain, create a google drawing or information poster about what you learnt.


Day # 6 Mahi

Today's mahi is lots of fun. What you need to do is grab mum or dad's phone and take 10 photos around your house to show what lockdown looks like in your house. Then email them to me or put them in a google slide or google doc. In my whare we have been having picnic's in the lounge, doing jigsaw puzzles, cleaning our whare, reading books, going for walks. We watched the Karate Kid last night!

What do you think is happening here? I came across these camper vans on my walk yesterday.
