Welcome to the Ho'okele Elementary School Library!

Our library offers a rich, innovative, and collaborative space created to inspire, support, and strengthen teaching and learning. At Ho'okele, we nurture the love of reading and the habits of lifelong learning and student inquiry with the skills and knowledge necessary to be positive contributors and participants in a global society.

On Tuesday, December 8, 2026 at 8:30 AM, many of our students will have the opportunity to see Pete Oswald live via Zoom. Thank you for these wonderful opportunities Bookelicious Presents!

Pete is one of our students' favorite author/illustrators. He is the illustrator of the "Food Group" series (The Smart Cookie, Humble Pie, Sour Grape, Cool Bean, Bad Seed, etc.) and he was a character designer for Madagascar 2. He has a new sports series coming out in 2027.
