Volunteer Roles:
Lab Support: Help set up hands-on activities and lab maintenance
STEAM Night Support: Help STEAM Night on March 6, 2025
STEAM Night Event Support: Help organize and run our STEAM stations leading up to 3/6/2025
Mentor: Guide students through STEM projects and provide valuable insights into the world of STEM
Career Day: If you work in a STEM field and would like to share your career experience, we'd love to have you join us with future innovators
FAQ's:
What is the time commitment? The time commitment for STEAM Team varies depending on the role.
Lab Support: You can spend 45 minutes in the lab. either weekly, bi- weekly or once a month - whatever fits your schedule best.
Other opportunities, such as helping with a specific event or mentoring, might have different time requirements. We strive to be flexible and will work with you to find a schedule that fits your availability.
Do I need a background in STEM to volunteer?
It is not required for all volunteer roles to have a STEM background. We welcome volunteers from all walks of life who are able to make a difference.
