Kia ora koutou!

It’s with great excitement that I introduce myself as your Year 2 teacher for this year. My name is Whaea Pooja, and I’m honoured to be guiding you through this year of learning and growth. In our classroom, We practise whanaungatanga – building strong, positive relationships, where we all feel like whānau. Our classroom is a space of manaakitanga, where kindness, respect, and care for each other are at the heart of everything we do. I am here to help you feel supported, and I will always encourage you to lift each other up. And of course, we practice kaitiakitanga, looking after our environment and resources, to ensure we leave a positive impact on our world.
