help sheet for using google meet

Rules and expectations for live sessions:

• attend each session as much as possible

• mute your microphone before you join or as soon as you join the session

• our usual school rules and behaviour still apply, anyone not adhering to our Holy Trinity Code of Conduct may be removed from the session.

• make sure you are in a quiet enough space where you can hear me - TOP TIP: use earphones/headphones if you have some! it makes it so much easier to hear and focus on the session.

• please only have yourself viewable on the screen (I know there will be parents and siblings around but it is ok if they need to walk past!)

• make sure you have a pen/pencil and paper ready before you join the session. If you happen to have a whiteboard and pen that could be useful too!
