We will occasionally also link to external websites when we feel the content is useful for home-learning. Although all websites are checked beforehand for suitability we cannot control adverts that may be on the websites (especially if linked to the main computer-user's browsing history) and so we would advise visiting them with your child. If you have any concerns please email your child's class teacher.
At school we use the browser extension 'uBlock Origin' to block adverts - it is available for most browsers. On mobile devices the Opera & Brave browsers have built-in adblockers where Chrome does not. For YouTube we use the 'AdBlock for YouTube' extension.
