Pay Online
All CARES payments shall be made online. Online payments are processed through SmartTuition® (separately from tuition payments). You may access online payments via link on this page or, by logging on directly to your Holy Family SmartTuition® account. Instructions for payment are outlined below. Note that you will not see CARES account balance information on your SmartTuition® account. Regular CARES users will receive a weekly statement showing attendance and payment activity. You may contact the CARES Director at aftercare@holyfamilyaston.org to inquire about your CARES account status.
Important: Making an online payment does not schedule your child to attend CARES. You must schedule your child separately. See "Sign-Up & Forms" tab for pre-scheduling details
How to Pay Online
Shopping Cart Purchase Instructions: CARES Fees for Service
Step 1: Log in to your SmartTuition® account at www.SmartTuition.com
Step 2: At the top of the page, click on "Purchase Optional Items." See example on left.
Step 3a: Click on Select Student.
Step 3b: Select one of the students in your family (if more than one is attending CARES, only select one name). You are not scheduling for CARES at this time, only paying it. You will select payment for all of your children in Step 4.
Step 3c: Click "Go."
Step 4a: Select desired CARES fees and quantity. In this example, the family has 1 child attending AfterCare for 5 days, with a 3:25pm pick up, as well as 5 days of BeforeCare. Be sure the quantity selected is equivalent to the number of days you need CARES for the week.
If paying for 2 or more children then you would select the appropriate rate at this time. A quantity of 1 is the rate for all of your children for 1 day.
Step 4b: Click on "Save" to continue.
Step 5: Review and accept the agreements checking all requested boxes.
Step 6: Review the Fees in your cart.
Step 6b: Choose payment method "Pay Now."
- (Phone and Mail in Payments are not available to our school for Shopping Cart items).
Step 6c: You may use the existing account on file used for tuition payments, or you may add an additional payment method.
Step 7: Select "Checkout" to complete your payment. Note: Payment information can be stored so you won’t have to enter your billing information each time you make a CARES payment. SmartTuition® adds a 2.65% convenience fee for use of credit cards as payment. Bank account withdrawal (EFT) has no added fee.
