CSE Learning Categories
Computer science-related courses cover content in one or more of the four CSE Learning Categories. Students working toward the CSE need to complete a minimum number of 5 credits in the categories below.

Experience with a deep understanding of specialized, complex computer applications, such as digital art programs, financial software, database systems, etc.

Experience with the physical components of computers and networking technology.
CS & Society
CS & Society
Experience with and understanding of how computer science affects modern culture and vice versa.
