The In-Class Flip is a great way to get started!

Our Chemistry teachers did an In-Class Flip with their students on a structured unit on naming and writing formulas for ionic compounds. They worked together in teams of 2 to make their flipped videos, where 1 teacher played the "expert" and the other teacher played the "novice" asking questions, interjecting humor, and bringing good dialog and questions into the flipped lesson!

Ironically, my daughter was having some trouble with her chemistry homework, and we were able to use their flipped lessons to help us at our home, even though we are at a different school in a different place--the power of flipped learning!
