Strength 1: Component of fitness
Task: With reference to a recent competitive performance(s) in your chosen activity, identify which component of fitness is your strength. You must include examples from relevant recent performances you have had. You then must justify how the component of fitness benefited the performance. By choosing the component of fitness must be able to fully justify your choice by making reference to the impact and benefit it provided in a recent performance(s)
In more simple terms, use this checklist to construct your response:
State the chosen component of fitness that is your strength (list of components of fitness)
Give the AQA defintion of the component of fitness you have identified.
You will need to refer to recent competitive performance(s) in your chosen activity. State the name of the opposition(s) and the date it occured.
Refer to at least two examples from within the recent performance that explains why the component of fitness is a strength of yours.
Justify why it is a strength. What has caused or lead to it being a strength of yours.
Fully state the impact of how this strength helped you in your position and how this had a positive impact on the team.
Explain the impact that not having your named strength on your performance and then the impact this would have on your team.
Strength 2: Skill / Tactic / aspect of choreography
Task: In reference to a recent competitive performance(s) in your chosen activity, identify one skill/technique (from those listed in the assessment criteria) or tactic/strategy aspect of choreography which has been used in your chosen activity. If a skill is chosen, reference should be made to the technique used and how the technique has benfited the performance. If a tactic/strategy wa chosen, you can describe your role within the tactic/strategy and how this benefited the performance. If an aspect of choreography was chosen, reference can be made to how the choregraphed movement benefited the performance. By choosing a skill strength you must be able to fully justify your choice, making reference to the impact and benefit it provided in a recent competitive performance.

State how the skill/tactic/aspect of choreography should be completed. Explain the full technique and how it should be performaned

Justify why it is a strength and how it helped your performance and how this then helped the team's performance.
Fully state the impact of how this strength helped you in your position/role and how this had a positive impact on the team.
Explain the impact that not having your named skill strength on your performance and then the impact this would have on your team.
