Socialising

What is a 'Support network', and why is it important to have one?

Socialising is a great way to meet new people and build a supportive network around ourselves.
A support network refers to the people in your life that help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
This may come in the form of family, friends, colleagues, team mem
bers in your sports club, etc...
Essentially, social support involves having a network of people that you can turn to in times of need.

A strong social support network can be critical to help you through the stress of tough times, whether you've had a bad day at work or a year filled with negative events. The lack of social support can lead to isolation and loneliness.

This page aims to give you lots of useful information about how to create a strong support bubble, or how to continue to use your current support bubble in time of need.
