The main school website has a page called 'useful Forms', where you can find all of the schools admissions forms (e.g. Nursery admissions), FSM application, trip consent forms, etc...
They are available for you to download and fill in either using your computer or by printing it out and handwriting them. School are able to help you with filling in these forms, so if you need any assistance, please do not hesitate to ask.

You will be asked to confirm you understand the information, before you can click next to fill out the form. On the next page you will be asked about which benefits you are currently in receipt of, followed by your personal information as a parent, including: Name, Address, Date of Birth, Email, Telephone, National Insurance Number.
The same information will need to be provided for your partner if you live with one.
The next page then requires you to fill out your child's information.
The final page asks you to click if you understand and agree to the terms, and whether you would like an email receipt. You then need to click finish.

Once your child enters year 6, you will need to begin the process of applying for a secondary school placement. You should have an idea of where you would like your child to attend.
This has to be done before the end of October, and is an online process.
You will be required to provide information about yourself, your child, and your preferences for which secondary schools you wish to apply for.

There are some great local services that assist with all types of housing issues including homelessness, tenancy deposits, council housing, evictions, etc...
School can give you the support you need, such as language interpretations, as well as sign posting you to the most relevant services available.
