Mindfulness can help you to develop the ability to ignore distractions and stay focused on the task at hand. It can teach you to filter out distractions and stray thoughts, helping you to learn.
Mindfulness activities can also help you to observe and identify your own thoughts and feelings.
We often do mindfulness activities to help us relax and take time for ourselves.
Doing these activities in silence keeps us in the creative side of our brain.
