5/13/26- Celebration of Learning- Providing Feedback on Your Participant's Induction Year

The Individual Induction Plan followed by the Individual Growth Plans (IGP) are a roadmap to guide and lead purposeful practice and constructive conversations around content, community, and pedagogy that reflect the educational leader's needs. In the first 30 days, coaches and participants work together to review the CPSEL elements and develop the IIP (Individual Induction Plan) based on areas of strength and growth. Please complete this plan with your coach during October. Bring your plan with you to our next session in November.
