The process of the object story was we picked an object that was interesting to us. The object that is very interesting to me is lip stick. We went back to BC to see how the object looked and changed. We also figured out how they were made. We compared how different they are from the object right now.
The processes for the bivariate infographic we chose a statement and learn about it to see if it applies to the statement we chose. We also figured out the facts about the statement.
When we made the identity card, we chose four graphs that represent us and who we are. We wrote about how the graphs represent us and where we fall into the graph and why.
Demos Staff Portrait + Bio + Annotations
The process for the bio was we interviewed a staff member at High Tech High. We found out stuff people don't know about them on the inside and we had to take a picture of them. The process during the staff portrait was we traced their face with lots of lines. We made equations to make each line. The process of the annotation was we picked three lines that touched. We took a screenshot of both of the lines equations and solved for the solution.
The process for the infrastructure is we chose one of our partners house. We figured out how the water gets clean and comes back to the house that was my part. We also figured out where the trash goes when they pick it up and also where the dirty water goes.
The process for the under the surface book is we chose a topic that was interesting to us and wanted to learn more about. We interview people who know about our topic and give us ideas of what we can add like stuff we didn't know.
Computer circuit + Final drawing
The process for the computer circuit is first we drew a bunch of drawings to see if we liked where they went or thought it was the best option for it to work. When we knew it was done we showed it to our teacher so we can get it checked and get our parts. When we got our parts we put the parts where they belong on the circuit board. We soldered the parts together or on the board whatever the drawing said we did. When we were done with our part of the board we tested it to see if it worked. The last part we did is do the final drawing of the circuit board.
The process for the circuit diagram is we picked a picture to draw it in the circuit form. The picture I picked was the relay and the parts it has inside.
