Parent/Guardian Form (paper copy, handed in to Mr. Vartuli or Mr. Livingston)
All pieces of application are due by April 10, 2024

*Note - you will be required to upload your essay in the application form. Read over the essay prompt below before you start the application
Essay Prompt
The essay should be 1 page, no more than 2 pages. Essays should be typed, double spaced, 12-point Times New Roman font with one inch margins. Save and title your file "Your Name - Autobiographical Essay 2024" and upload it in the application form above.
The essay should contain:
What do you expect science research to be like? Why does this appeal to you?
What qualities do you have that will contribute to your success? What qualities might interfere with your success?
What does work ethic, integrity and scientific attitude mean to you? Tells us about yourself and your interests.
Include any other information you feel is necessary that will help the Science Research Committee in their decision in accepting you into the program.
