Depression- a mental disorder that can affect how you feel and gives a persistent sadness.
symptoms of depression include sadness, fatigue, guilt, loss of interest, and could give the inability to feel happy.
Ways to help stop depression.
1. Go get help through therapy or antidepressants
2. Go outside and spend time with friends or family
3. be more social
4. try to eat healthier and drink more water
