5. 15%of teens who suffer from depression will eventually develop bipolar disorder which is a mental illness causing extreme shifts in mood, lack of energy, and activity levels like getting out of bed could even be hard for someone.

Depression, or Major Depressive Disorder, is a serious mood disorder causing sadness and loss of interest in activities, affecting how you feel, think, and act, and interfering with daily functions.
You feel left out and no one is around to be with you and you are lonely.
When you feel sad depression comes and you sit there and start getting sad and like you turn quiet and don't talk to people when you are sad.
Physical appearance because some people don't like their body weight compared to other people.
Stress because it can cause bad moods and like it can affect your brain a little bit and you can stress over something big coming up.
When you are angry you have a lot of moods and you start being mean to people and are really mad.
You can't get out of bed because you feel so tired and didn't get a lot of sleep and feel lonely and really sad.

Tired
Now I will be able to help people when they are feeling sad and if they have signs of Depression I can help them. Also even if they don't have signs of Depression I can still give them information about Depression.
You can take meds for sleep or better mood/energy.
You can go to sleep earlier for a better attitude and health.
You can do self care and take care of yourself by eating more, treating yourself good, getting some exercise and if you don't have any places to go to get care you could go to you doctor, Turning Leaf Mental Health Counseling Services PLLC in Glens Falls New York and if you a kid you could go to a trusted adult.
You can go talk to an adult in a counselor's office or a teacher.
Stay active,hang out with friends,do some sports and go outside and play.
