If you travel to Norway you may want to see the beautiful city of Trondheim.
We will arrange guided tours to the best locations: the cathedral, a city walk, a great open air museum.
Saturday - August 29

This is a 3 part conference: The science part, the academic part and the experienced part.
You may ask your questions during the panel discussion at the end.
Sunday - August 30

Visit the location - get the stories - climb some mountains or find your spot to look at the sky and discuss with the team, the locals and the other attendees.

Røros is a "must-see" location!
We will arrange guided tours and make sure we all get to taste some local food - and continue the discussion. For some of you this may be the last day - for others you may need this day to relay before the field work planned for the week!

We have planned and prepared equipment to be deployed in Hessdalen - some of you may like to help out and better get to know the team - and the work we do. Some of us will spend the whole week in Hessdalen to deploy more equipment in the valley.

You will only attend the Conference in Trondheim. You skip the dinner and will not join our tours nor join the field trip.
Conference fee: 4.000 kr.

You join the tours on friday, the conference on saturday and sign up for the dinner too. Then you join the field trip to Hessdalen and stay one day in Røros.
Field Trip and Conference fee: 4.400 kr. Conference dinner: 765 kr.
Estimated food, transportation and ticket cost: 3.490 kr.
A family package (family of 4 person - only one attending the field trip and conference)

You all join the tours in Trondheim on friday and in Røros on monday.
Only one of you join the conference on saturday but not the dinner.
And only one of you join the field trip to Hessdalen and meet the rest of the family in Røros.
Field Trip and Conference fee: 4.400 kr.
Estimated food, transportation and ticket cost: 4.190 * 4 = 16.760 kr.
(or less if kids are small and cost less for food, transportation and tickets.)
