On Sunday - everything is closed but the Pizza place (Meltems restaurant & pizzeria) and the gas station!
Make sure to get a good breakfast before you go on the train to Ålen - we will ask Visit Hessdalen to provide food during the day - and night!
It is a 2 hours trip from Trondheim to Ålen - where a bus will wait for you at the trainstation.
From Ålen the bus will drive to the Information boards as the first stop before we explore the valley.

A bus will wait for you at Ålen railstation so we may all put our luggage in the trunk.
The bus will drive all to "The Monument" (the information boards) as the first stop on our trip.

If you want to have a say in what Project Hessdalen does and develops, then join and become a member so that you may vote at the annual meeting:
The annual meeting is the association's highest authority.
All members have one vote and must be physically present to cast it.
The board and team members may participate and vote by attending online.
The annual meeting will be held during the field trip.
Bus to Ålen or Røros
Bus to Ålen or Røros
The bus will drive you back to the trainstation in Ålen - if you have to go back to Trondheim - or to Røros - if you have booked a hotel there.

Visit Hessdalen will set up 2 tents for 16 people - if you prefer to stay up most of the night! (more details to come)
