This site is designed to provide DTSD students and families with a variety of lessons and strategies to support successful learning in the home environment.

An overview of executive function skills has been written in 2 formats on the next page for younger students and older students/adults.


Lesson topics are then outlined on each page with options for a variety of ages and skill levels.


Some of the articles and sites referenced may name a specific disability, such as Autism or ADHD. The skills and strategies included on this site can be used by any student who has a need that can be met by the strategy and lesson.


These lessons are intended to be helpful and provide strategies and tips to make distance learning successful for your student, and you! Your student's case manager is very familiar with these learning strategies, so please reach out if you have further questions or would like more specifics about how to utilize a specific lesson or strategy in the home.
