ACADEMIC WORKSHOP
Academic Workshop is designed to improve the individual student's study and organization skills, as well as develop the individual's learning strategies within the content areas. In Workshop, students will receive supplemental instruction to help them fulfill the requirements of their academic classes. For seniors, the class may also address the transition needs of exiting students. Students will identify their learning and working styles, interests, strengths, preferences, and how they fit with particular careers. In addition, they will write resumes and prepare for the college application process.
