HI&I has fun. We see the humor and wonder in things that many of our clients experience pain and suffering while doing. We help them simplify what they do in a way that makes sense so they can return to adding value to their companies. This joy drives what we do and reminds us to not take ourselves too seriously all the time - something that many consulting firms forget.
We work hard so we can play harder (or gentler if that is your speed). Curling up with a good book or running a marathon only happens if you are able to get into that mindset and shift away from work every now and then. Works is important and what we do matters. Life is more important and we believe our people make all the difference.
