I recently sat down and had a conversation with AI to determine the X-Factor for HI&I. The below is a result of that "conversation."

What sets your product apart from others in the market? How do you ensure that your services are of the highest quality?

All the HI&I offerings tie-in together and make the offerings value added to each other. I have partnerships with software vendors for both business process workflow management and policy and procedure management. I have a lean six sigma certification in business process management and I have implemented both process workflow software and policy management software as part of a holistic solution. I am willing and able to create the next generation of what I do and how I do it after having seen success in my past endeavors with building teams. Although we are just getting started, we are building something bigger than ourselves.

How do you ensure a seamless and positive experience for your clients throughout their engagement with your services? Are there specific measures or practices you have in place that contribute to exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty?

First, we listen to discover the root cause of any issues or problems our clients are having. We address the specific, pressing needs with short timeframes with a view of the overall process involved at a higher level. We measure the amount of time saved on a process, reduction in negative financial attributes and ratios, increases in positive financial ratios, and overall customer satisfaction. We measure satisfaction by whether our clients return and will allow us to showcase their engagement. We believe that feedback is a gift.

We emphasize a balance between having a life and making a career.
