Google Classroom

HCPS will automatically create Google Classrooms for all middle and high school classes with exception of homerooms and middle school WIT classes. Classrooms will be created approximately 2 weeks before school starts and populated with the roster of students at that time. New students to classes after this will need to join classes using the class code.

Teachers will need to accept the courses prior to use by students. Any course not needed can be declined.

Parent invites to classes will be sent out within the first week of school. After this, teachers will need to invite parents when new students join their class.
